Overview

A private label programme lives or dies on repeatability. The retailer needed the second production run to be indistinguishable from the first, eighteen months later, which shapes everything from stone reservation to how the approved sample is stored.

Prototypes went out first, one per SKU. Once approved, each sample was retained at the factory as the physical reference for every subsequent run.
